Introduction: Paint Booth White Grease Coating, Baffle Coating, Barrier Coating
In paint booth operations it is inevitable that areas of the booth will accumulate paint overspray. As such, paint booths need to be routinely cleaned to remove the unwanted paint overspray in order to maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the paint booth. Paint strippers and paint booth cleaners typically contain hazardous components such as solvents or corrosive materials. To reduce the amount of these types of products required to thoroughly clean a paint booth, booth coatings and barrier coatings are typically used. These are products that provide a protective barrier between the substrate and the paint overspray. As such the overspray will adhere to this protective barrier rather than the substrate. The protective barrier is then easily removed by some simple mechanical action taking along all of the paint overspray with it.
