  ECC 3555A and ECC 3555B are components of a two part E-Coat cleaning system, that, when both are added to water, produce an effective means of dissolving uncured E-Coat. This system has been designed to give the most effective cleaning of ultra-filtration units and has been found to be useful on difficult-to-clean E-Coat paints. This system works quickly and efficiently where other cleaners are not suitable.

E-coat cleaners, Ultrafiltration cleaner, Formic acid RECOMMENDED APPLICATION:

ECC 3555A and ECC 3555B are added to deionized water when cleaning an ultra-filtration unit. Typically, one drum of each component is mixed with enough deionized water to produce 1,000 gallons of cleaner. The A and B components should never be mixed together and never be used for cleaning without first diluting with water. For excessively fouled membranes, a maximum of two drums of each component diluted to 1,000 gallons with water should be used.
